Have you tried Oh My Yog! yet? I did. Oh My. . .DELICIOUS! #stonyfieldblogger

I love yogurt.  Like, really, really love yogurt.  And so does my family.  When Stonyfield asked me to test out one of their new products, Oh My Yog!, I said “absolutely!”

Stony field Oh My Yog! ReviewOur family is already pretty hooked on their last release, Petite Creme.  In fact, I’m pretty sure most of Charleston is in love with the French Vanilla flavor as it is almost always sold out when I tried to find it at the store.

I got the pleasure of testing out Oh My Yog!, and let me say. . oh. . my. . it’s DELICIOUS!

Oh My Yog! comes in six intriguing flavors (gingered pear, Pacific coast strawberry, wild Quebec blueberry, Madagascar vanilla bean, apple cinnamon and orange cranberry), only four of which are carried by my local stores.  It’s fairly new, so fingers crossed the rest will make an appearance soon.  While they are all delicious, my favorite is the gingered pear. . .so. . very . . . tasty!

Being 6 months pregnant, I’m now at the stage when I want to eat everything.  And let me say, as much as I try not to, dessert is at the top of the list of everything lately.  Having a decadent yet healthy snack in the fridge has kept me from reaching for the cookie jar multiple times a day :)

At only 190 calories per serving, Oh My Yog! is really the perfect dessert alternative.  It is super creamy (the beauty of a whole milk yogurt) and not overly sweet (it has a bit of organic sugar and organic honey).  While it may not replace your low calorie Greek yogurt snack, it’s certainly better than eating that half pint of Ben & Jerry’s!

Oh My Yog! Stonyfield yogurt reviewAnd speaking of Greek yogurt, I’ve also become completely hooked on Stonyfield’s Greek & Chia.  I never thought I’d be a fan of the whole “adding chia to everything” craze, but boy was I wrong!  I have at least four or five in my fridge at any time (my favorite is the blood orange. . .yum!).
